The Foton E-Mountain Bike is designed for unparalleled rider comfort and ease of use. Unlike most electric mountain bikes, the Foton E-Mountain Bike has a full suspension that is standard on all models. The front and rear suspension gives the rider a smoother ride over uneven terrain.

All models of the Foton E-Mountain Bike come standard with a 36 volt Lithium-Ion battery pack. The Lithium-Ion battery pack decreases the battery weight and increases battery life over a lead acid battery pack. As an added convenience, the battery pack detaches from its securely locked position on the bike so charging can be done from any wall outlet instead of having to plug the bike directly into a wall charger.

The E-Mountain Bike has 2 electric power options on every bike. The first option is a “Throttle Only” mode. The rider can use the throttle to power the bike and not have to pedal if they choose not to. The second option is a “Power Assist” mode. This mode allows the user to pedal and the motor will automatically “assist” the user in pedaling. This is ideal for rides with large elevation changes. The modes are accessible by a switch located under the throttle for easy use and access while riding.
